Mac mini Sound card 5.1 support?

Hi, I never asked this, but I am wanting to purchase a 5.1 PC speaker setup, but I am wondering if the Mini sound card will support anm 5.1 speaker setup? Anyone here can confirm? Thanks

no, it only has analog out, so yeah, you can get external firewire soundcards that do support 5.1 out though.
