Where to find instrument pack?

Hi guys,

I just downloaded the 1.1 gb patch for Garageband that has all the instruments and loops in it. The download finished, and it was unpacking etc etc, and then it moved on to the next download that I had in my updates list.
I had to quickly leave, so assuming the download was truely finished, I shut down.
I have booted back up and the apple updater just wants to download the whole file again? Normally it continues from where you left off.

Is this normal?

Wait was the garageband patch the file it moved onto?
