Macbook Blackbook or new macbook pro

Hi I currently have the blackbook 13 " with the 2.4ghz intel core 2 duo and 2gb ram and 250gig hdd and have the opportunity to upgrade to the 13" 2.53ghz intel core 2 with 4gb ram same size hdd for only a few hundred dollars.

But i was wondering if other than the obvious cpu and ram is there any other benefits to the mbp?

Better screen, more solid chassis, FireWire800 and built in SD card slot, backlit keyboard, multi-touch trackpad, and if you wait a few days to do it, you'll get Snow Leopard included. Seems like a pretty decent value if by "a few hundred dollars", you mean less than $350 or so.
