Do you have to install Microsoft Office again after getting Snow Leopard?

i agree with the others about posts concerning illegal software... but my question is this; when i install snow leopard, will it complete erase leopard and will i have to reinstall all my other programs, or will it just make the necessary os changes and leave everything else alone?
