I am trying to run Memtest off the command line from a USB drive. OSX will not boot so I'm forced to run it from open firmware. If anyone knows, I need the commands to mount the USB device, access it, mount the dmg, and finally run it. Any help at this point is greatly appreciated!!

Have you tried booting the machine with your original install media and run the memory test that way?
