i got the ipod touch thru apple store's ongoing special. still in the box. unfortunately, the laptop i had planned to use this touch with has been in repair. a 5-7 day repair has turned into a month long repair.
i understand that if the touch is defective, after 30 days, you only can get a refurbished touch.
any ideas on how i can get a new one (if new one is defective) under my current scenario? thanks
