eMac problems

Hi everyone,
I posted this before but with no-luck...
I have an eMac wit g4...I have the hotmail opening the inbox but can actually see each email. At same time that this problem started I also could not watch youtube as,as soon as I try to open it, it crashes.
anyone any idea how to help me?

Not without more info - what else did u do about the time this problem started and how is your G4 connected to the Internet.
