Can you use Applications DVD from Macbook 10.5 on Macbook Pro 10.4?

Hi, I have the re-install disks of a Macbook running on 10.5 and was wondering if I can upgrade the Applications on my Macbook Pro running on 10.4.

It boots up and looks like it can load up. I am just concerned it may wipe something out. I don't have a complete back up on that computer.

Does anyone know?:|

Don't know if it will work or not. But, those disks are for re-installing those apps on the computer they shipped with. They are not a legitimate source to upgrade any other computer.
