Is it just me or is iCal painfully slow???
When I have an Alarm notification appear on my screen, I SWEAR it takes almost one minute for the window to fully load on my screen, and when I try to either put it in snooze mode or close it, it takes another minute. It literally forces me to stop everything I'm doing to acknowledge or dismiss it or it just hangs there on my screen. Grrrrrrr!
I'm on an iBook G4... yes, I know it's ancient in computer years. Would the age of my laptop have any relation to the processing speed on this function? It's driving me bananas!
No gasps when I say that I have a 512mb RAM / 60GB HD. If I were to get more RAM (this model allows me to go to 1.5GB), would that speed things up? I get mixed opinions on this as a solution and have been told that this does not speed things up... not sure why...
