Using windows partition in Mac OSx

I have bootcamp running with windows xp but was wondering if i can utilize this partition when using mac osx to save files and folders to etc as the partiton is about 32GB. I've got a program called MacDrive which i can use when running windows to utilize the mac osx drive but cant see to find anything that will do the opposite...
Thanks for any help.....

Take a look at NTFS-3G. It's a driver that will give you read/write support for NTFS drives (the filesystem in Windows).
