Power on password

How do I set up a simple power-on password on my powermac running 10.4.11?

I just want to have a password prompt come up before it loads the OS. Is this possible? Thank you!

Your Mac's Specs
27 iMac+Thunderbolt, iMac 21,
Go to Sys Prefs/Accounts and unlock the padlock then select Log in options and choose settings there
