not turning on.

Hi there,

I have a Emac that i havent used in about a year and a half or so and i cant turn it on, i press the power button and all i get is the fan spinning for about a second and two clicking sounds. :(

any ideas what it might be?

Well you do not give your location, but stores such as Radio Shack etc carry them. Down Under **** Smith is the best option.

Now aint that amazing. **** Smith is a licensed franchise electrical store and Richard won't be happy with that **** business!

Mods that really is a case of over censoring.

Like Harry said...not sure where you are located...but here's a source if it works for you:

3.6v Newer Technology Lithium 1/2 AA PRAM Com... (3.6VPRAM) at OWC

It doesn't specifically say for eMac's...but considering the "vintage" of the other Mac's this battery is compatible with...it should work with an eMac.
