Hi, I am one of the many people having big problems trying to set up virgin media wireless network using the netgear router they provided me with. Virgin don't support macs and apparently don't respond to customer complaints either! I followed all the instructions on the previous posts and manage to get to the router sign in box where I entered my chosen SSID and password. Then I pressed Apply and closed the window.
I went into system preferences and tried to use network set up assistant but it could not find the wireless network I named. Can't find it using Airport either.
Please can someone help???
