So I was listening to my iPod like normal today, then all of a sudden, it freezes up. I reset it, and I get only the Apple icon. Can't get past it.
I am able to put it in disk mode.
When I hook it up to my MBP, iTunes doesn't find it. If I hook it up in disk mode, it shows up in Finder.
If I hold the two top buttons and put it in restore mode, iTunes appears to start restoring, but I consistently run into this error:
"The iPod could not be restored because it could not be unmounted."
Really annoyed. I'm at 14 months with this thing... OF COURSE. Any ideas?
