Here goes......
My hard drive (recently backed up with Time Machine) failed the other day. I just installed a new one and used the original install discs (Tiger.)
I can boot the computer to the Tiger OS. I had family pack of Leopard (5 uses.) I put the disc in and follow the directions to restart the computer.
The computer never fully restarts, so Leopard never runs. I have a fully backed up external hard drive, but I need to restore it with Time Machine (I think.) Meaning, I can't boot it with it.
What's your best idea to deal with this issue?
