Unable to use safari or copy and paste!

Can't copy and paste, safari keeps closing

So basically my macbook won't allow to copy and paste (command+c or command+v). Also when opening safari it works for about a second, but when I begin to type anything it closes without any error report. For instance, if I began to type something in the google search engine it would shut down, or even in an e-mail.

Safari will open and then as soon as I type something in a search engine, for instance, it shuts down without an error report. Also command c and command v aren't working! Neither is dragging, for if i want to drag something into the trash can it won't work. Lastly I was attempting to reinstall HP printer software, but that isn't working either.

Reset it from the file menu. If that doesn't fix it, try repairing permissions.
