Slow internet

Hi!

I'm having problem with accessing some russian websites from Europe. They load very slow. And it doesn't depend on host, almost all russian websites are slow. But internet overall works really fast. And this problem didn't appear before. I've tried changing DNS servers, tried calling IPS, I've written many e-mails to different provides according to my traceroute command - nothing helped. I've also reinstalled OSX. I don't know what the issue is. Does anybody ever had this problem? I'm on MacBook, Mac OS X 10.5.8. Here is the example traceroute command:

try connecting mac to powersource...
i have some problems after last update....

Try Zapping your PRAM. It worked for me!
