Deleting Default Apps

I am kind of assuming this is a no, but I'm just wondering if there is any way to delete (at the least the icons for) default applications on the iPod Touch 2G. I have no use for most of them, and they just clutter my home screen. It'd be great to get rid of them.

I move all those ones I don't use to the last screen.

Correct, you can't delete default apps, but you can move them around, so move them away and don't be bothered by them..

That is exactly what I do, all those I don't use are on the last page.

If you jailbreak you can remove apps. I no longer have Contacts and Stocks since I jailbroke, even though I'm no longer jailbroken.

What do you do when its jailbroke to delete those apps? Id like to do that instead of just moving them to another page.

If you have a jailbroken iPhone there is an app that you can get that will hide which ever apps you don't want. I did this, and it has since stuck, even though I've done a few restores.
