Is it possible for me to use my Powerbooks DVD Drive on my Ibook to install some software to my ibook. As my ibook does not have a DVD Drive.

I have a firewire cable if that helps?

Try "target disk" mode.

Is your next question going to be...What's Target Disk mode"?;D

And yes...the firewire cable will come in handy!

p.s. I did the same thing you're trying to do. I had an older iBook...and an semi-ancient G3 iMac form about 2000.
