Does anyone have any exeprience with a 256GB Solid State Drive for the MacBook (13-inch, Aluminum, Late 2008)? Apple only offers a 128GB. Samsung does have available a 256GB drive. Does anyone have experience using this or any other 256GB SSD Drive in this Mac Model?

Thanks

I can't comment on thje 256GB, but my 128GB Samsung SSD is great on my Late 2008 MBP. It's permanently ruined me for platter based storage.

Was this Samsung 128 specifically for the Mac or is it generic and it works in the Mac?

Samsung makes the SSD. The one I have is re-sold by Super Talent.
