Accidentally installed windows fonts

Okay, so I thought that I would be smooth and transfer all my files from my old PC to my new Macbook Pro...except when I did it, my iTunes got all messed up...see the screenshot. I'm guessing that one of the fonts got changed or something, but I don't know how to fix it. Please help!

You could do a fresh install of the operating system.

No need to reinstall the OS if the problem is localized to one application. Worse case scenario, you reinstall the application.

I suggest you take a look at this thread from the Apple Discussions. Look here for a list of font locations on your Mac. As a precaution though, don't delete the fonts - just move them somewhere else (like a folder on your Desktop) in case something goes awry. If something does go wrong, you can put the fonts back.
