Burning DVD from Disk Image

how do you burn a dvd from a disk image saved by using roxio toast titanium 8 which has the extension .toast?
when i right click on it it doesn't give me a "burn" option.

opening the file will launch toast and let you burn the file

When i save a file (ts-folder) as a disc image in order to compress it, it compresses it down to nothing. I start with 7.44 gb and end up with ZERO KB. ***?

Buy a genuine copy of Toast.
