MacBook white keyboard problem

Hi! I am having this disturbing problem. When I press 'E' button, the MacBook disable the sound. And the F3 Key (Sound off) doesn't work. What's happening? Look that I can press 'E' button and the letter appears, but also disable sound. Please help me. THanks
