Caps Lock key problems?

Has anybody here had problems with their Mac's caps lock key? I have the new 13" pro and sometimes I have to hit the key 5 times for it to register. If I don't hit it somewhat hard it doesn't work out, which is weird because every other key is so sensitive. Anybody else?

I also have the new 13' macbook pro. The cap lock key is built that way to prevent people from accidentally turning the cap lock on. To turn on the cap lock, the key has to be held instead of just tapped. Hope this helps.
