does bootcamp allow mac to run some REAL ESTATE PROGRAMS like WINFORMS and MLS?

Boot Camp installs Windows on your machine alongside OS X. When you boot into Windows, it will be like you're using a Windows machine. So, you can install software just like every other PC.

Bootcamp allows you to install a Windows OS on your Mac. You should be able to run pretty much any Windows application.

Boot Camp merely allows you to partition your drive to accommodate an installation of MS Windows.

If you install Windows via this method, then Windows would allow you to run programs designed for that particular operating system.

MLS uses IE; winforms is an web based app also? you have to go over to the windows 'side' to get IE, unless you go the vm route (parallels, fusion). those products along with windows will allow you to run both windows and mac stuff concurrently.
