I have a dlink router and the model is DI-524 I entered the ip 192.168.0.1 which is the correct ip for my router. It asks for my username and my password. Since my router is on default settings the username should be admin and my password should be blank but it didn't work. Anyone know how I can access it?

That Username and Password should work (I have the same router) but if not, you may have to "hard reset" it back to factory defaults and then access it with those details. You would then have to configure it again from scratch.

Presumably while trying to access the router's configuration pages the computer does have an IP address in the same subnet (i.e. between 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.254)?
