Hello all
is there any way to extract some text from a pdf that is an image rather than a text document. For example a paper doc that someone has scanned in and published in pdf without first converting into text format, so all you get is an image of the text.
I need to take quotes/references from alot of pdfs and manually typing them out is becoming a bore.
Some sort of mini OCR software is what i was thinking but the only one i can find is infuriatingly unusable.
