Ok, so I found out about this today:
Sync, Play & Send to BlackBerry, PSP, iPod, iPhone with doubleTwist
It's an application that allows you to sync multiple devices to your Mac or Pc in one easy application, rather than using lots of different software packages.
It may even solve some of the syncing problems that people have with Blackberrys and other devices too.
It's a good looking a simple app. Well worth a look people.
(Maybe iTunes can be synced with a Palm Pre though I haven't looked into it)
