I have tried removing plugin files and deleting cache files, I also re-installed iTunes, but it still exits. If anyone has any advice it would be highly appreciated! Thank you

I'm not sure what the problem is. Did iTunes crash once or does it keep doing it? If it only happened once, there is no cause for concern.

What's your screen resolution? Minimum required is 1024x768.

Looks like it's crashing while trying to play videos - if that's the case, there will not be much you can do about it .

8.2.1 requires a minimum G4 with 1 Ghz and double the amount of video RAM in your machine for video play back.

You also only have the raw minimum amount of RAM required at 512 MB.

I'd suggest backing up to a previous version of iTunes.

Try removing Perian and give it another try.
