Rainbow Cirlce of death on my mac

Hi guys,

I keep getting the rainbow circle of death on my mac,

I work about 10 hours a day on my mac, and i only bought it about 4 months ago. help! as its freezing my entourage, safari and other programmes and i live and work via email. i think best bet is to visit a mac book store? any advice

You need to give us WAYYYYY more information!!!

- What model computer do you have?
- how much ram?
- how many program's do you have open at the same time & what are they?
- what sort computer work are you doing?
- when was the last time you restarted your computer (instead of just putting it to sleep)?
- when was the last time you repaired your "disk permissions"?

I advise you to use Onyx, or Leopard cache cleaner often.
