How do I change the keys?

Hi!

Suddenly my backspace button has stopped working. Restarting or running Windows XP doesn't help a thing.

Is it possible to use the right shift button as a backspace-button, you know changing what the keys do. It's quite irritating not being able to delete stuff.

I've got a white Macbook running Leopard.

I think we're misunderstanding each other, though. I don't want to change the keyboard, I just want to change what the keys do.

In other words: I'd like my right shift button to work as a backspace button.

I finally found the solution. The easy way to do it, is using a free app called Ukelele that allows you to remap the keyboard graphically.

Oh, sorry Theko... I read your intentions wrong. I may check out this program also!
