possible to sync ringtones from phone TO iTunes ?

15-inch Early 2008; Processor 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo; Memory 4 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM; 10.7.5
I have a bunch of ringtones on my iPhone which I made, and I accidentally deleted them (I believe) from iTunes. Is there a way to get them from the phone back to iTunes so that when I sync the phone again, I won't lose them completely ?
