Cant install Flash Player in my iMac G3

13"macbook-air 2gb,80gbhd,1.8ghz/14" iBook G4 1.5gb,80gbhd,1.6Ghz
Need some help here i have search and search all over and nothing.....I downloaded flash player and when i get the 2 files i put them into the internet folder then i restart the computer and nothing still asking me to update my flash player........Is the files suppossed to look like this like 2 blank pages?
