able to access this flash based site

I cant seem to be able to access this flash based site which i need for my training in work, i use Safari and Firefox as my browsers and this site seems to only work in IE?

Is my Mac missing something or is it bad web design?

There are still some web sites out there that were designed for IE and do not handle other browsers very well.

Have a chat with the people who run/maintain the web site and verify this.
