I am putting in the install disc 1 that came with this mac book pro and it is not allowing me to do a reinstall. What it does is when I put it in, I select Install mac OS X and bundled software and it will let me get all the way to selecting the restart like it is going to start the process and then spits the cd out 
I also tried selecting Install Bundled Software Only and nothing still. HELP PLEASE
