have a emac with a microsoft key board connected to it and some how have changed some of the desktops black and white like a negative of a photo. This problem makes everything on the desktop including going to web like this any ideas what i can do
how do i get color back

Not sure which version of OSX you are running but open System Preferences and look for Universal Access. You should see your issue there. It's probably set for White on Black.

sounds like you have accidentally activated one of the features for the hard of seeing
go to system preferences > Universal access and make sure black on white is selected and grayscale is turned off
