Okay, so in my Mac Pro (early 2008 model) I have my 500gb boot drive. I'm picking up a 1TB internal drive and what I want to do is move my installation from the 500gb drive to the 1TB drive. All my apps, settings, files, etc...
I know when I bootcamped this thing a while back I was able to do a time machine backup to my external and restore everything when I reinstalled but I don't have enough room on my external to do that now (hence why I need the 1TB drive).
The reason I'm going through all this trouble is I want the 1TB drive for Mac OS, and then my 500gb drive I'm going to move to slot 2 and use 250gb for storage and 250gb for Windows. Any ideas on how I can do this?
