whats the difference between update 10.3.8 (combo) and just 10.3.8 ???

the combo. is 10.3.8 and all the other updates you have missed... so say you are runing 10.3.5 then the combob is 10.3.6 10.3.7 and 10.3.8

I guess this isn't da right place for this but..., I updated within Cherry OS and now Panther will not boot. I get Damien or Darryl or some kind of DOS/LINUX boot screen asking for a login.

Do I really need to buy an actual MAC?
