Airport Extreme Powers Down While Plugged In

About every 2 weeks, my airport extreme appears to lose all power while plugged in. To "wake it up," I have to unplugged for 15 minutes and plug it in to a different outlet. Once it fires up, I can return it the original outlet and connect my RCN cable without issue--at least for another 2 weeks. I have two airport expresses on the network (one that extends range and one for playing iTunes). Any thoughts? Thx!
