Parental Controls applying on admin accounts in Leopard

Hi

I am enabling Parental controls from the command line using dscl command. PArental controls gets enabled however they are getting applied to admin accounts also apart from standard accounts

Can any one tell me how we can avoid applying parental control restrictions on admin accounts while applying/enabling Parental accounts from command line
