Help with mac ipod to windows

ive filled an ipod with a mac laptop, now i need to get my songs from the ipod to a windows computer, directly from the ipod, is there any way to do that?

There are several free programs that will copy from iPod to computer - I use iPodDisk on Macs; iDump on Windows. Since your iPod is formatted for Mac, the filesystem will be unreadable to Windows. If there is any music on the iPod that's not also on the Mac laptop, copy it off with iPodDisk. Then re-format the iPod on the PC for compatibility, copy the music back on from the Mac, and finally download it to the PC with iDump.

the problem is ... i dont have a mac atm... isnt there a way to do the process on windows only?
