Hi,
I have 30 fps video and I want to convert it to 24 fps for a cinematic feel. How do I do this. I have a very fast Powermac G4 (1.25 ghz dual, 4 gigs ram, ATI Rad ion 9600 Pro) LOADED with Final Cut Express, Adobe After Effects CS3, IMovie '06, and Apple Motion(prefer not to use)

Handbrake will do this just fine. Just change the framerate setting right there on the main window.
