How to use H.264 encoding format

Hi guys,

Am working in iphone . I have to upload live streaming video(recording video) in one of my server. I explore about it. All guides are prefer to use H.264 format. But i don't have idea about it.

I don't know how to use that H.264 encoding comments and where to use in my application.
If anybody have little bit idea about it . Let me know ,it will help for me. Thanks in advance.

The video has to be encoded in H.264 for it to be iPod/iPhone compatible. Whatever format it is currently in, you need to convert it. Google an App called "Handbrake", it will transcode (convert) it for you to H.264 simply and quickly.
