what on earth is the point of having a customer technical help line that CHARGES for information. If a simple question like "will a 2g using the new maps and cradle work"? And the guy does not know .......................

I would go nuts if i owned that company and my staff could not answer such a simple question. `From the very begining of the design they must have a idea if it will work with any version.

madness....... A TOTAL rip off and a waste of my time.

TomTom raises the bar on terrible customer service, yet again.
