Change my Mac's User Name?

Hello,

I was just wondering how I can go about changing my Mac's user name? Not the HD name but the name that appears in the header, i.e. 'Joe Blow's Computer' when you click on the computer's icon. The user name also appears in a photo's file name when you are saving and submitting photos. I've tried the accounts in the system prefrences but all I can change there is my password.

I notice that my name is still showing up in the tag line of a photo's file. What do I need to do to change that? Do I need to do a re-start?
