Listen, all of us at some point in time are "non-PC" so to speak. There is a place and time for everything. Challenging the status quo is great (IMHO) but the fact that he was never convicted of anything doesn't implicate him in any legal wrongdoings. You may think what he did in his life is wrong and you are entitled to that belief but morality is subjective. What you think is right is not necessarily right for others (the same goes for what is wrong).Guess that's just because I'm not into the P.C. game.
When people pass away, you do what you can to remember the good things about these people. What's the point in dwelling on the bad things that someone has done in their life? How often do you go to a funeral and hear a eulogy that bad mouths someone's life? It's not so much being politically correct but more about being conscious of the achievements that allowed the person to have the influence that they did.
