Toggling "function" state for some F-keys

On my MacBook Pro, I want to be able to use F-keys 1 through 5 to adjust brightness and sound, but I also want one-touch access to keys 9 through 11 for Expose. Obviously, you can't have both at the same time.

Anyone know if it's possible to "hack" the mapping of only some of the F-keys?
