Hi Guys - New to having my own Apple Computer

Hi guys,

Well i am a now proud owner of i top-end G4 Powerbook. Funny enough i am very fluent with mac OSX as i use an ImacG4 in work. But i have never owned one, as i am into allot of gaming, and i know Macs Are Poor for games, just know power, so i have a custom built computer.

This week, i got myself an iphone. So i thought a powerbook would be a good start, and good looking machine for my desk

I just a few questions:

1*) i have purchased 10.4.3 will it work on the powerbook with the follow settings:

1GIG Ram
667MHZ
30GIG HDD

2*) What is a good cheap desktop stand for your macbook/powebook etc... I would like it to be elevated, ebay link (UK)

3*) I have seen this picture of a white powerbook G4, does anyone know where i can get something similar or the same to this.

Yer tiger should be fine on that, I have leopard running on my powerbook g4 and I love it, although my powerbook is of higher spec (1.5Ghz, 2GB Ram, 100gb HDD)

Its also 17inch and I got it for a cool 380 quid so its all good

I can't answer no. 2 or 3 (other than maybe something like eBay for no. 3) but I can answer no. 1. That machine will run Tiger (10.4) but remember that the machine only has a 667mhz processor with 1GB of RAM. Don't expect too much out of that machine.
