Hi,
I have 80Gb iPod. And yesterday i had tried to sync with Floola. but after that it shows no music records available in my ipod and after that when I am trying to Restore the company setting it shows me the error " iPod - cannot be restored because it contains files that are in use by another application".
At the same time I had also tried to reset the setting through iPod settings, but no effect.
After that I had tried to format the ipod through "My Computer --> Format" but again no effect.
Please someone tell me how can i resolve this issue.
