iPod Classic error in restoring

I have an iPod Classic that I have been trying to restore for the past hour. I continually get a 1429 error message. I have tried almost all the options in the Apple Support page Error 1415, 1417, 1418, 1428, 1429, 1430, 1436 or 1439: Cannot restore or update iPod in iTunes 7 or later I say almost everything as I cannot find "Enable Disk Use" in iTunes (or anywhere on my iMac for that matter). I have also performed the reset on the iPod several times and completely shut down my computer twice. iTunes and Firmware are up to date. Anyone have any suggestions to try (like where to find Enable Disk Use)? Thanks in advance!
